NCT ID NCT07057258
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different procedures to help children aged 1 to 10 years who have trouble swallowing due to a laryngeal cleft (a gap in the airway). One procedure injects a gel to build up the airway wall, the other uses stitches to close the gap. The goal is to see which method better prevents food and liquid from going into the lungs. Participants will have swallowing tests and questionnaires before and 3 months after the procedure.
