Summary
This study tests whether the drug larazotide can safely reduce Long COVID symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and shortness of breath. About 150 people aged 7 to 50 will take either the drug or a placebo for 21 days. Researchers will track side effects and symptom changes using surveys.
