Summary
This study tests whether the drug larazotide can safely reduce Long COVID symptoms in 107 people aged 7 to 50. Participants take either the drug or a placebo four times a day for 21 days. The goal is to see if the drug helps with symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and breathing trouble.
