First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether taking a probiotic (Lactobacillus reuteri) before surgery can improve the effects of immunotherapy in people with liver cancer. Researchers will compare liver recovery, survival, and side effects between the two groups.
