Summary

This study involves 26 people who need a tooth removed and an implant placed right away in the front upper jaw. Researchers will compare two different bone graft materials to see which one better preserves the thickness of the bone on the lip side. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two graft types, and bone changes will be measured with 3D scans over six months.
