Summary
This study looks at how well two different bone graft materials preserve the thickness of the front jawbone after a tooth is pulled and an implant is placed right away. About 26 adults who need a front tooth replaced will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two graft types. The main goal is to measure bone changes using 3D X-rays over six months.
