Summary

This study tests two common medicines, labetalol and lignocaine, to see which one better prevents sudden increases in heart rate and blood pressure when a breathing tube is placed during gallbladder surgery. About 116 adults having planned gallbladder removal will take part. The goal is to find the safer and more effective option to keep the heart stable during this critical moment.
