Summary
This study tests an inhaled medicine called L606 for people with high blood pressure in the lungs due to lung disease. About 344 adults will be randomly assigned to receive L606 or a placebo. The main goal is to see if L606 helps them walk farther in six minutes and delays worsening of their condition. Safety will be closely monitored.
