Summary

This early-stage study tests whether L-theanine, a natural substance found in green tea, can help cancer patients who have finished treatment feel more relaxed and improve their mood. Researchers will enroll 50 adults to find the best dose and see if it's practical to use. The goal is to ease stress and anxiety during the surveillance period after cancer treatment.
