Green tea extract tested to soothe cancer Survivors' anxiety

Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether L-Theanine, a natural compound found in green tea, can help cancer survivors feel more relaxed and improve their mood. Researchers will enroll 50 adults who have finished cancer treatment and are now in the monitoring phase. Participants will take either one or two daily doses for six weeks to see which is more effective and better tolerated.
