First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called KYV-101 for people with systemic sclerosis, a disease where the immune system attacks the body, causing skin and organ damage. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy harmful B cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if it can improve disease symptoms.
