Summary

This study tested a new treatment called KTE-X19 (a type of CAR T-cell therapy) in 95 people with mantle cell lymphoma that had come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure, as ongoing monitoring and possible further treatment may be needed.
