First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called KSQ-004EX for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes) that are genetically modified to be more powerful against cancer. The study has two phases: first to find the best dose, then to see if it can control tumor growth. About 141 participants will be enrolled.
