This study tests a new drug called KRC-01, given as an injection directly into the tumor along with standard radiation therapy, for people with locally advanced cervical cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps shrink tumors better than radiation alone. About 70 adults with stage II or III cervical cancer will take part.
