Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new oral drug called KQB198, alone or with another drug (dasatinib), in 13 adults with advanced blood cancers that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants take the drug daily and visit the clinic regularly for monitoring.
