New cancer drug enters human testing: could it shrink tough tumors?

Summary
This is the first study in people testing KQB168, a new cancer drug, for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers want to find the safest dose of KQB168 when taken alone or combined with another cancer drug (pembrolizumab), and see if it can shrink tumors. The study will also track how the body processes the drug and monitor for any side effects.
