Summary
This study tested a new, portable wearable device (Koya) against a standard air-pump device for treating leg lymphedema (swelling). 121 adults with leg swelling from lymphedema or vein problems took part. The goal was to see if the new device could reduce swelling and improve quality of life just as well or better than the standard device.
