Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called KO-2806 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can shrink tumors, either alone or combined with other therapies. About 300 adults with specific cancer types (like lung, colon, pancreatic, or kidney cancer) will take part.
