Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called KO-2806, alone or with other cancer drugs, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study aims to find safe doses and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 300 participants will be enrolled across multiple sites.
