Summary

This is the first study in people testing a new cancer drug called KO-2806. It aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control advanced solid tumors, including certain lung, colorectal, pancreatic, and kidney cancers. The study will test the drug by itself and combined with other cancer therapies in about 300 adults whose cancer has progressed after standard treatments.
