New Two-Part knee surgery aims to halt arthritis progression

Summary
This study is testing whether a combined surgical approach works better than standard surgery alone for certain knee problems. It involves patients aged 20-60 with knee arthritis, poor leg alignment, and a missing meniscus (a knee cushion). Half will get a surgery to realign the leg bone, and the other half will get that same surgery plus a transplant of a donor meniscus, to see which group has better pain relief, function, and joint protection over two years.
