Summary

This study tested three different nerve blocks to see which provides the best pain relief after total knee replacement surgery. Sixty adults received one of the blocks during surgery. The main goal was to see how long it took before they needed extra pain medicine (morphine). The results help doctors choose the best option for managing pain after knee replacement.
