Summary

This study tested whether adding a nerve-freezing procedure during knee replacement surgery could reduce pain and improve function afterward. 70 adults with severe knee arthritis were randomly assigned to get either standard knee replacement or knee replacement plus the nerve ablation. The goal was to see if the combined approach leads to better outcomes.
