Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after a total knee replacement. Researchers will compare two different combinations of targeted numbing injections (nerve blocks) given to patients during surgery. The goal is to see which combination provides longer-lasting pain relief, helps patients get moving sooner, and reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids.
