Summary

This study looks at how bending the knee during exercises like squats affects pain in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS). Fifteen participants will do three types of squats with increasing range of motion and rate their pain. The goal is to understand the relationship between knee angle and pain to improve rehab guidance.
