Summary

This study looked at whether changing your diet and doing simple exercises can help reduce knee pain from osteoarthritis. 117 adults with knee pain for over 3 months took part. They were split into groups: some changed their diet, some did exercises, some did both, and some did neither. The main goal was to see if pain levels dropped on a 0-10 scale.
