Summary

This study looks at how well different knee realignment surgeries (osteotomies) work over the long term for people with knee arthritis and a crooked leg. Researchers will follow 150 patients aged 18 to 70 to measure knee function and symptoms. The goal is to see if these procedures can effectively treat arthritis and help patients avoid or postpone needing a knee replacement.
