Summary
This study is comparing different types of knee realignment surgery (osteotomy) to see which works best long-term for treating arthritis in patients whose legs are bowed or knock-kneed. It aims to control the disease and delay or avoid the need for a full knee replacement. Researchers will follow 150 patients for years, tracking their pain, knee function, and quality of life.
