First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study follows 150 adults aged 18–70 who had knee osteotomy surgery to treat osteoarthritis caused by a crooked leg (bow-legged or knock-kneed). The goal is to see how well the knee works and feels over many years, and whether this bone-cutting technique can successfully delay or avoid the need for a total knee replacement. Researchers will measure knee function and symptoms using standard questionnaires.
