First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 40 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining light therapy (photobiomodulation) with a topical pain gel (diclofenac) can reduce knee pain and inflammation better than either treatment alone. About 32 adults aged 50 and older with knee osteoarthritis will receive the treatments and report their pain levels. The goal is to find a safer, non-drug way to improve joint function and ease discomfort.
