New pill aims to ease aching knees in major trial

Summary

This study aims to see if a new tablet called Laybon is as good as an existing tablet called Layla at reducing knee pain from osteoarthritis. About 172 adults with knee osteoarthritis will take one of the tablets for 8 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in knee pain during daily activities.
