Summary

This study tested a portable device called the OrthoCor Advanced System to see if it could improve pain and quality of life for people with knee osteoarthritis. Participants used the device, which delivers gentle electromagnetic pulses and heat, for 30 minutes twice a day for 4 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, knee movement, and daily function to see if the therapy helped.
