Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of cells from bone marrow or from fat tissue can better reduce pain and improve knee function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 204 adults aged 40 to 75 who have not gotten relief from standard treatments. The goal is to find which cell source works best and whether it can slow the disease.
