Summary
This study looks at how knee braces and a surgery called high tibial osteotomy (HTO) change the bone structure and cartilage in people with knee osteoarthritis and misaligned legs. Researchers will use advanced imaging and computer models to measure these changes in 30 patients over two years. The goal is to understand why some treatments work better than others, helping doctors improve care for younger, active patients.
