First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study tests if combining light therapy (photobiomodulation) with a topical pain gel (diclofenac) can reduce pain and inflammation in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 32 adults aged 50 and older with chronic knee pain will receive the treatments and be followed for one week. The goal is to see if the combination works better than either treatment alone.
