Summary

This study is testing a new program designed to help Hispanic adults with knee osteoarthritis become more active and manage their pain. Participants, along with a chosen family member or friend, will join video sessions to learn about the condition and follow a tailored exercise plan. The goal is to see if this partner-supported approach is practical and acceptable before launching a larger trial to test its effectiveness.
