Summary
This study is testing a new program designed to help Hispanic adults with knee osteoarthritis become more active. Participants will be paired with a family member or close friend and will receive video sessions. The program includes education, strength exercises, and a plan to increase daily activity. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and acceptable before launching a larger trial.
