Can vitamin e make your new knee last longer?
NCT ID NCT04618016
Summary
This study is comparing two types of plastic liners used in knee replacement implants. One is a standard plastic, and the other has Vitamin E added, which may help it resist wear and last longer. Researchers will follow about 600 patients for many years to see which liner leads to better knee function, fewer revisions, and a higher quality of life.
