Summary

This study tests two different injection spots for a nerve block in the thigh (adductor canal block) to see which provides better pain relief and reduces the risk of falls after total knee replacement. 68 adults having knee surgery under spinal anesthesia will be randomly assigned to one of two injection levels. Researchers will measure how far the numbing medicine spreads and track pain scores and safety outcomes.
