Summary
This study is testing which type of knee injection works best for osteoarthritis pain and stiffness. Researchers are comparing platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid gel, and a combination of both in 288 adults with knee arthritis. Participants receive one injection and are followed for two years to see which treatment provides the most lasting relief and improved function.
