NCT ID NCT05025787

Summary

This study tested a new oral medication called CNTX-6970 to see if it is safe and effective for reducing pain in people with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. Over 24 weeks, 55 participants tried the drug and a placebo in alternating periods to compare their effects. The main goal was to see if the drug provided better pain relief and improved daily function compared to the inactive placebo.
