Gentle movements vs. targeted therapy: which eases arthritic knees better?
NCT ID NCT07482410
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two specific exercise approaches can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel less pain, move their knees more easily, and perform daily activities better. It will involve 40 participants aged 40-65 who have knee pain and stiffness. One group will try a combination of gentle Feldenkrais movements and targeted Active Release exercises, while the other group receives standard physical therapy, to see which approach works best.
