Fat vs bone marrow: which cells work better for arthritic knees?

Summary
This study compares two different cell injection treatments for knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see whether cells taken from a patient's bone marrow or cells taken from their fat tissue work better at reducing pain and possibly slowing the arthritis. About 200 people with knee arthritis will receive one injection of either treatment and be followed for one year to measure their pain, stiffness, and joint function.
