Scientists map normal knee motion in young adults
NCT ID NCT05894551
Summary
This study aimed to better understand normal knee alignment by measuring a specific angle (the Q angle) in healthy young adults. Researchers recorded 130 participants while they were lying down, standing, and walking to see how this angle changes with movement. The goal was to establish normal reference values to help doctors better identify potential alignment issues in the future.
