Summary
This study compares two ways to realign the knee during surgery for people with arthritis and bow-leggedness. The goal is to see which method—kinematic or mechanical alignment—leads to better pain relief and function. One hundred adults with knee arthritis will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques and followed for a year.
