Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called KLH-2109 is as effective as a standard medication (leuprorelin acetate) at reducing pelvic pain in people with endometriosis. It involves 288 premenopausal women with confirmed endometriosis. The main goal is to see if the new drug provides similar pain relief over 12 weeks of treatment.
