Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called KK4277 in healthy volunteers and people with lupus (SLE or CLE). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body. The study does not aim to cure lupus, but to see if the drug can be used for future treatment.
