First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether kinesiotape, a stretchy tape applied to the skin, can immediately improve posture, shoulder movement, and body awareness in 100 university students with rounded shoulders. Participants will be randomly assigned to real tape or a sham (fake) tape, and effects will be measured right after application. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost technique offers quick postural benefits.
