Summary
This study looks at how fear of movement (kinesiophobia), pain intensity, and physical performance are connected in adults aged 65 and older with musculoskeletal pain. Researchers will measure fear, balance, strength, and function in 60 participants during a single session. The goal is to help clinicians design better rehabilitation programs to reduce fear and improve mobility in older adults.
