First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how fear of movement (kinesiophobia) before knee surgery affects recovery in people with meniscal tears. Researchers will follow 50 adults who are scheduled for arthroscopic surgery, measuring their pain, function, and fear levels before and three months after surgery. The goal is to identify patients at risk for poor recovery and help design better rehab plans.
