Summary

This study tested if special tape placed on the knee can reduce pain and fear of movement in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Thirty adults aged 45 to 60 were split into two groups: one got the real tape, the other got a fake tape without therapeutic effect. Researchers measured pain, mobility, and disease activity over four weeks to see which group improved more.
